Panorama Flight Service was our first aviation client and provided a unique challenge for our agency due to its multi-service business model and diverse customer base.
Besides being a Fixed Based Operator (FBO), Panorama also provided flight training, aircraft maintenance and repair, as well as aircraft charter and management. Based at Westchester County Airport (KHPN), Panorama was the only independent FBO at the airport, which at the time included five FBO competitors from larger multi-national operation.
We worked with Panorama’s senior management to devise an effective integrated marketing strategy that saw it significantly increase market share in all its business units.
Eventually, this success led to a lucrative offer to sell the FBO business to one of their on-field competitors.
